policy in the British era, the education system and its policy in the Pakistani era, the

schools in Bangladesh. The courses were discussed in an objective and systematic manner.
The third chapter covered educational curricula in the schools of Bangladesh in the
perspective of Islam. Finally, the thesis ended with the most important conclusions and
recommendations. The results are as follows: The education system in Bangladesh has
undergone many stages and has faced various challenges since the British regime. The
curricula in public schools follow the old methods influenced by secular values that created
a lot of problems in Muslim society. Muslims are worried about their school going
children. The current curricula of public schools are unable to build a true Muslim
personality with noble characters. It’s important to formulate new curricula for the public
schools in Islamic perspective that meet the needs of the Islamic people and build a
generation equipped with modern knowledge and sciences and prepared with correct
Islamic faith and moral values. |
