Thanks god and after, the science of rules was prevented from falling into the slip and error in the interpretation of the texts, and after the reconciliation of God in the most, and then in an effort to give my role in the field of studying the rules of weighting study applied and after reviewing some interpretations to choose The most appropriate of which was not examined by the weighting rules, the choice was made on the interpretation of Al-Rasani, based on what Imam Abdul Raziq said in the introduction to his interpretation of the obligation to mention the weighting document, he resolved to study this subject and organized it as follows:
Introduced and included on: the problem of research, the objectives of the research and its importance, methodology and limits, and its mandates and previous studies, and the structure of research, held in two parts:
Part I: Theoretical section: Introductions in the interpretation of Al-Rasaani and in the rules of weighting.
Part 2: The applied section on the rules of weighting at the Imam al-Rasaani through its interpretation.
It has eight chapters: the first: the rules related to the Koranic readings, the second: the rules relating to copying, the third: the rules related to the Qur’an context,, the fourth: the rules related to the evidence, the fifth: the rules relating to the Prophetic traditions, the sixth: the rules concerning the reasons for the descent and its history, the seventh: the rules concerning the effects, the eighth: Rules: related to the Arabic language.
Then the study ended with a conclusion, and scientific indexes revealing the contents of the letter.
The purpose of the thesis is to: - Collect the rules of weighting and classify them in chapters and then study each rule of theoretical study and apply them with examples of the interpretation of Al-Rasaani to highlight the approach of Al-Rasaani in its realization and study some examples.
The letter also aims at clarifying the approach of Al-Rasaani in the application of the rules of weighting, and the aspects on which he relied on the weighting.
After the study, it was clear that Al-Rasaani was more likely to adhere to what he mentioned in the introduction of the guide in weighting. The existence of the rules in his interpretation increased his strength and his method of weighting and discipline.
