Abstract : The idea of the research emerges from the researcher daily observation to the conditions and circumstances surrounding to the Saudi political speech, which has a strategic force enables the leader to convey his ideas. Since Al-jobber became the foreign minister on 29, April 2015, his speeches is considered a landmark in the policy of the Saudi Arabia because of all reactions arisen inside the political discourse. Accordingly, this study investigates the impact of pragmatic in analyzing Saudi political speech. It was applied on the political speeches of Adel Al- Jobber in (2015-2016), which represented in his lectures, symposium and conferences. It illustrates the strategies, which he used in his speech to achieve the influence and persuading through applying the procedures of speech analyzing methodology from the pragmatic prospective. It extremely benefits from the theory of speech acts, the dialogical requirements and presupposition and how it is applied according to indexes selected to be measuring tools for analyzing the political discourse. The study adopts the descriptive methodology, which accurately and qualitatively analyses the phenomenon. The study proves the pragmatic success in analyzing the political speech as it includes both of structure, representations and context. The previous study was extremely limited in its procedures and results as it concentrated only on the structure and representations. The study is concluded by important results and recommendations.
